Role Description

We are hiring for an Account Manager, Verification Services:

• Responsible for serving Lumelight clients and partners.
• Manage client relationships, coordinate resources, and oversee project timelines.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables from project kickoff through completion.
• Client-facing position working closely with the Operations Team and other departments.
• This position is remote within the continental United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and track client projects and deliverables to ensure timelines, milestones, and quality standards are consistently achieved.
• Gather, review, and process all required client onboarding and implementation materials.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and Lumelight, building strong relationships.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their representatives.
• Partner closely with the Data Team for accurate data collection and timely completion of client deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the audit process.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively communicate solutions.
• Ensure all client deliverables are accurate, complete, and meet established quality standards.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, client records, and communication logs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, College preferred.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in client services, account management, project coordination, or a related field.
• Experience in health benefits, insurance, healthcare, or professional services is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) and video conferencing.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional service and support to clients with complex needs.

Work Environment

• This position is remote within approved Lumelight states.
• Operates in a professional office environment, whether in person or remotely.
• Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to talk and hear.
• Ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Expected Hours of Work

• Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week, following an agreed-upon schedule.
• Extended hours and/or weekends may be required during the busiest season of ACA reporting.

Travel

• Minimal travel is required.
