[Hiring] Account Manager I @Porch Group

Role Description

The future is bright for the Porch Group, and we’d love you to be a part of it as an Account Manager I. As an Account Manager I, you will specialize in establishing, maintaining, and supporting Porch Moving Group’s (“PMG”) Moving Service Provider (“MSP”) relations. You will need to have an in-depth understanding of our products, services, and policies across the different business units that make up PMG. Furthermore, you will be required to align our network's expectations throughout the MSP’s account lifetime.

• Understand MSP's likes and dislikes, including but not limited to our interface, service, and support experience.
• Support Porch’s overall mission by ensuring we are establishing, maintaining, and supporting relations between PMG and its Service Providers.
• Educate MSPs on the benefits of their account with PMG.
• Find what their organizational goals are and ensure that MSPs understand the expectations of having an account with PMG.
• Negotiate MSPs’ rates in some cases.
• Monitor MSP performance metrics and set frequent check-ins.
• Identify mutual wins that benefit both our MSPs and PMG.
• Educate, monitor/action on quality metrics, advocate, upsell/expand services, and retain our MSP Network.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of prior experience working with moving providers in similar roles.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and oral.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills.
• A strong ability to adapt.
• Experience working with move service providers.
• Experience working with global and/or US-based business teams.
• Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload.

Benefits

• Monthly Salary: COP 3,800,000.00
