Qualifications

• Ukrainian - C2 level
• English - B2+ level
• Proven experience in Account Management or Customer Success within the cryptocurrency, fintech, financial services, or payments industry.
• Demonstrated experience managing corporate, institutional, VIP, or other high-value clients.
• Ability to independently manage a client portfolio and prioritize competing requests.
• Strong ability to understand clients’ business models and operational requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proactive, customer-centric approach focused on building long-term client relationships.
• Experience in a client-facing role with the ability to communicate complex matters clearly.
• Practical experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Familiarity with KYC/KYB procedures and AML requirements is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of corporate and high-value clients.
• Coordinate the onboarding of new business clients.
• Establish, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with assigned clients.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding platform functionality and account operations.
• Act as a central point of coordination between clients and internal departments.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand existing client relationships.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional company products and services.
• Develop and maintain structured account plans.
• Monitor client activity and initiate proactive outreach.
• Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce or other designated systems.
• Collect and communicate client feedback and service improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with established internal procedures and applicable compliance requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with assigned clients and prepare internal reports.
• Identify recurring operational challenges and contribute to process improvements.
• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned client matters.
