[Hiring] Account Manager @XTB

Role Description

To strengthen our sales team and the XTB brand across the German-speaking region, we are looking for full-time Account Managers (m/f/d) across Germany as soon as possible.

• Professional acquisition of interested individual and corporate clients, primarily via phone and email (no cold calling!)
• Phone consultations with new clients regarding XTB’s products and accounts, including after-sales support
• Ongoing account management and support for your active client base
• Win-back and reactivation of inactive clients
• Participation in trade fairs and sales events across Germany (up to 5 times per year)
• Supporting product and platform launches
• Assisting with and delivering educational programs for clients
• Contributing to the creation of various materials for existing and prospective clients

Qualifications

• A strong interest in the stock market, trading, and financial markets in general
• Sales drive and a genuine enthusiasm for selling and customer engagement
• Native-level German (written and spoken) as well as good English language skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex financial products clearly
• High level of personal accountability, proactive initiative, and the ability to work under time pressure
• Preferred, but not mandatory: a completed degree or commercial apprenticeship in finance, business, economics, or a related field

Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM system (nice to have)
• Stocks/CFDs knowledge (nice to have)
