[Hiring] Account Manager @Epicor Software Corporation

Role Description

Join Epicor as an Account Manager! The Account Manager is responsible for training new Epicor customers on our Elite Extra product, as well as upselling products and services to existing customers. Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities.

• Partners with sales and implementations team to train customers on Elite Extra platform.
• Works with existing customers and prospects to understand their business objectives and create appropriate solutions to meet their business needs.
• Develops and manages relationships within our existing customers.
• Develops compelling value propositions based on ROI cost/benefits analysis.
• Coordinates cross-functionally within and outside of the sales team.
• Some travel is expected in support of sales efforts.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of sales success in the software industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage time and stay organized.
• Strong attention to detail and process oriented.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.

Requirements

• 3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
