[Hiring] Account Manager @TLN

Role Description

We are seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts, with a strong focus on revenue retention, renewals, upselling, cross-selling and long-term account growth. This role will own the business relationship across assigned accounts identifying opportunities to expand the use of TLN’s learning technology and services while building strong relationships with client stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is driven, relationship-focused and comfortable taking ownership of the full account lifecycle from renewal and negotiation through to identifying, developing and closing expansion opportunities. Success in this role will be measured by:

• Renewal performance
• Retention
• Account growth
• Upsell and cross-sell revenue
• Pipeline development
• The strength of strategic client relationships

This role is open to candidates who currently reside in Canada or the United States and have the legal authorization to work in their country of residence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in account management, sales or a related client-facing role.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and driving renewals, upselling or account growth.
• Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities, manage a pipeline and move opportunities through to close.
• Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable using AI tools and technology to improve productivity, customer communication, research and administrative workflows.
• Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, remote environment.
• Candidates must currently reside in either Canada or the United States and have legal authorization to work in their country of residence.

Requirements

• Experience in SaaS, LMS, learning technology, or another B2B technology environment.
• Experience managing mid-market or enterprise accounts.
• Experience with HubSpot, or a comparable CRM, Deal Hub, or comparable CPQ, Granola, Claude, MS Teams.
• Experience working with a global client base.
