[Hiring] Account Manager @Entrata

Role Description

The Account Manager – Enterprise is responsible for managing and growing relationships with assigned strategic accounts to drive client satisfaction, retention, and business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of Entrata’s product suite and the ability to align solutions with client objectives. The Account Manager works cross-functionally with internal teams to identify opportunities for account expansion, resolve issues, and deliver a seamless client experience.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts.
• Develop account plans outlining strategies for growth, retention, and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Implementation, and Support, to deliver high-quality client experiences.
• Understand client business objectives, challenges, and operations to effectively position Entrata solutions.
• Provide consultative guidance to clients on best practices, industry trends, and product utilization.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth.
• Communicate product updates, new features, and relevant developments to client stakeholders.
• Analyze account data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow multiple client accounts effectively.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with capacity to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in managing client relationships and influencing outcomes in a cross-functional environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of technology or software sales processes, including SaaS or enterprise platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree.

Benefits

• $90,000 - $130,000 a year.
• In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for commission.
• This band covers the full salary range for the role. Your offer within this range will depend on factors like experience, skills, and internal equity.
• Level - Q5.

• Utilize company-approved GenAI tools to accelerate high-value deliverables.
• Exercise critical judgment as the "Human-in-the-Loop," by auditing AI outputs for factual accuracy, brand alignment, and the removal of hallucinations.
• Ensures no proprietary or Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data is exposed to unauthorized models.
• Demonstrates the ability to craft clear, context-rich prompts to achieve consistent, high-quality results across various business domains.
