[Hiring] Account Manager @Smart Circle International

Role Description

The Account/Campaign Manager will be the main point of contact for assigned Telecommunications clients in the Business-to-Business channel. The role combines relationship management, strategic planning, and operational execution collaborating with internal teams such as Analytics, Finance, Compliance, and Legal in addition to our third-party sales offices. The ideal candidate will apply their strong foundation in account management to:

• Establish themselves as the main point of contact
• Strengthen and build relationships
• Leverage their resources for troubleshooting/escalation resolution
• Identify opportunities for efficiencies
• Keep initiatives on task

This role is suited for someone with technology experience (Salesforce, Tableau, program management tools) and excellent organizational, communication, initiative taking, and multitasking skills. Smart Circle is a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, and this role is best suited for someone with the ability to deliver quality results for time-sensitive tasks/projects and balance multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project, campaign, or account management experience; telecommunications experience required
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects aligned with scope, timelines, and business objectives
• Proficiency in Salesforce, CRM/data dashboards, and project management tools such as ClickUp
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement

Requirements

• Serve as the primary client contact, managing day-to-day communications, account needs, issue resolution, and campaign execution
• Oversee account operations, including onboarding/offboarding, assets, leads, permits, incentives, compliance, and troubleshooting
• Lead recurring client and field team calls; manage agendas, action items, recaps, and follow-up
• Partner with field leadership and internal teams on KPIs, program updates, expansion opportunities, and service delivery
• Maintain key account documentation, including SOPs and action item logs, and identify opportunities to improve processes and systems
• Support additional projects and initiatives as needed
