[Hiring] Account Manager @Resonate

Role Description

Every brand we work with is trying to answer the same question before they spend real money: why do our customers do what they'll do next? That's what Resonate predicts. In this role you'd own a portfolio of major brands and sit with the people asking it - CMOs, heads of insights, senior marketers. Your job is helping them turn what they learn into decisions about where the money goes. No direct reports. You own the accounts and you own the number, and renewals and expansion come out of doing the work well rather than chasing them.

• Owning a portfolio of major brand clients.
• Leading the relationship and being the go-to person for difficult decisions.
• Taking a messy marketing problem from a CMO and providing a clear answer with supporting data.
• Finding growth in accounts and collaborating with Sales to close expansions.
• Running QBRs to demonstrate results and set up the next quarter.
• Monitoring adoption and usage to anticipate renewal issues.
• Maintaining an honest Salesforce forecast.
• Representing Resonate in front of clients and at industry events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management or customer success in SaaS, data, or MarTech.
• A record of renewing and growing six and seven figure enterprise accounts.
• Ability to engage effectively with a CMO.
• Capability to connect our services to measurable client outcomes.
• Skill in simplifying complex marketing problems into actionable recommendations.
• Discipline in forecasting and account planning.

Requirements

• Experience with consumer intelligence, audience data, research, or analytics platforms.
• Background on the brand or agency side, receiving similar advice.
• Collaboration with Sales on account expansions.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for data analysis.
• Fluency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
