Role Description

The responsibilities of this role will focus on projects for National Marketing Operations and Administration primarily in the Medicare line of business. This includes:

• Preparing and QC for Medicare enrollment kit builds
• Working with vendors for translation and ADA services
• Assisting with status reporting

This role will be accountable for multiple tasks, many of them focused on providing enrollment kits for Medicare members and prospects. Manage assigned projects including:

• Stakeholder and leg/reg reviews/approvals as needed
• Liaising with subject matter experts for content accuracy
• Coordinating production and fulfillment while using project management tools and methodologies

Qualifications

• BS or BA preferably in Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent work experience
• 1-3 years of experience required
• Experience in Communications project management and account management

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Wrike is preferred
• Top skillsets needed: Organization, Communication, and Attention to detail
• Establishes and maintains strategic relationships with business partners and stakeholders within Kaiser Permanente
• Provides support pertaining to marketing communications and marketing collateral
• Coordinates and interfaces with cross-functional teams

Benefits

• Rate: $30-35/hour on W2
• This is a remote position; candidates can be located in any KP region
