[Hiring] Account Manager @Perseus Group, Constellation Software

Role Description

The Account Manager is responsible for all current and potential accounts across OPE for Ideal and C-Systems, within an assigned geography. This role focuses on outbound relationship building, lead generation, product demonstration, and the effective use of CRM tools to support sales processes.

• Minimum of 50 calls per day to customer contacts in assigned territory.
• Conduct outbound calls to all current dealers in assigned territory and establish a follow-up cadence accordingly.
• Prospect by phone to develop 25 new leads per month, exclusive of Marketing generated leads.
• Conduct at least 2 webinar product shows annually (e.g., Quickbooks interface, mobile, Price lists, etc.).
• Responsible for compliance with usage of tools such as CRM, Quoting tools, etc. (Including updating all customer fields in SFDC, logging of all activities and including all notes/descriptions within SFDC).
• Demo at a high level all Ideal solutions for existing customers.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years direct sales experience with a track record of success, preferably in the software industry.
• Previous experience within digital and web sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with a CRM to track sales information.
• Dealership experience a huge asset.
• Strong organizational skills.

Requirements

• FLSA Designation (US Only): Exempt.
• Salary Range: The estimated base salary range for this role is USD$50,400.00 - USD$61,600.00 per year.
• Other Compensation (US Only): This role will also be eligible for participation in a Company profit sharing bonus plan. Sales positions may be eligible to participate in the business commission plan. Plan details will be provided to you upon hire.
