UX/UI Designer

JOB TITLE: UX/UI Designer

LOCATION: LATAM – Remote

Role Summary:

Our client is looking for an individual to join their growing team. An individual with strong knowledge of best practices on how to provide the best user experience and interface of their company website to our customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment, re-defining the User Interface and Experience of our current website which allows our users to easily fractionally invest in real estate
• Create responsive, highly polished, consumer-focused web-based UX experiences. 
• Translate detailed Figma designs into pixel-perfect, functioning UX experiences.
• Work with management to create and adhere to schedules, while maintaining flexibility to adapt to shifting market demands.
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Figma or Sketch, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• A team player but can work independently too.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of design projects
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good time-management skills
• English level: Professional
