[Hiring] UI/UX Designer @PetroApp

PetroApp is seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our design team. As a UI/UX Designer at PetroApp, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products, ensuring a seamless user experience.

In this role, you will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into engaging design concepts. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to test and iterate on designs, and you will participate in user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve the user experience.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and communicate design ideas and concepts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and translate them into effective and visually appealing user interfaces
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve the user experience
• Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides and design specifications
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
• Work collaboratively with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing results
• Ensure that designs are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
• Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture
• Strong attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing and intuitive designs
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team and incorporate feedback
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
• Experience designing for mobile applications is a plus
