[Hiring] Product Designer @Ingenious
Dec 10, 2024 - Ingenious is hiring a remote Product Designer. 💸 Salary: 10,000 - 16,000 pln. 📍Location: Poland.
At INGENIOUS.BUILD, we have developed a top-notch platform for companies in the real estate and construction industries worldwide. Our platform enables companies to easily manage all aspects of their projects from start to finish, both internally and with other project participants.
Joining INGENIOUS.BUILD means embarking on an incredible journey to create the first cloud application for managing the entire lifecycle of a real estate construction project. You'll be building what some consider the holy grail of construction project management. It's a big, bold, and audacious endeavor, and if you have what it takes, you'll play a direct role in its development.

In this position, you will:
- Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to create impactful user interfaces
- Develop clickable prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and gather feedback
- Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into design iterations
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions
- Oversee the design process and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct competition research to inform design decisions
- Assist developers during the implementation phase by providing support and clarifications
- Utilize INGENIOUS.BUILD Design System to maintain consistency across the product
- Take ownership of features and drive them from conception to delivery
- Create user-friendly interfaces for the complex B2B web application
Skills and Experience needed:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a UX/UI/Product Designer or in a similar role
- Demonstrated strong teamwork skills coupled with a problem-solving attitude
- Familiarity with WCAG accessibility rules
- Proficiency in Figma
- Ability to create and maintain Design System
- Demonstrated self-motivation, a proactive mindset, and an ownership mentality to drive projects independently and deliver high-quality results

The compensation range for this position is quite broad, and we in good faith believe it to be anywhere between 10 000- 16 000 PLN; provided, however, that we may ultimately pay more or less than this range depending upon skill set, and location
