[Hiring] Mid-Level Brand/Digital Designer @bttr

Bttr are looking for a full-time Mid-Level Designer to join our UK team.

This role will offer the opportunity for an ambitious multidisciplinary designer to grow and develop, building on skills across brand and digital experience design projects.

In this role, you’ll work closely with a global team of project managers, strategists, producers, operational leadership, designers, creative directors, and stakeholders to design and operationalize programs to help creative teams deliver world-class design at scale.

Requirements

Ideation

• Participate and input positively toward the ideation processes amongst cross-functional teams, internally and externally
• Able to articulate a clear rationale for design decisions
• Able to craft strong ideas that provide a range of creative directions whilst leveraging brand strategy to achieve client goals
• Proven ability to articulate, pitch and sell-in ideas and direct an audience towards the best strategic and creative outputs.

Design

• Proven capability of design skills with meticulous attention to detail; actively seeks out new approaches and keeps up to date with design evolutions
• 'Strong understanding of typography, colour and layout.'
• 'Experience across the entire branding process from research and concept, to delivering branding for both digital and print. Including design and delivery of visual guidelines.'
• Proven experience of following brand guidelines, and creating consistency across multiple touchpoints, for both print and digital.
• Able to make any required revisions and adjustments to designs based on feedback, whilst knowing when to pushback and how far
• Excellent knowledge and experience of foundational software, tools and all design resources. Including Adobe CS (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator), Figma, Google suite and Microsoft office.
• Abie to design and prototype digital experiences in Figma
• Work across multiple projects at any given time, whilst simultaneously producing a high standard of finished work in a timely manner to meet deadlines.

Delivery

• Ensures all designs are produced to the highest standards of quality and accuracy
• Proven ability of understanding of the print process. Capable of producing both print-ready and digital files for delivery
• Obsessive about visual and editorial detail and execution; communicates these to all relevant stakeholders
• Learning how to build and manage relationships both internally and with client teams to maximise positive collaboration across any project duration
• Able to direct and deliver assigned workload, communicating, prioritising and steering when needed
• Be a positive voice on multi-disciplinary teams (Print, Digital, Motion, Photographic, Video, etc)
• Inspirational voice on any given project, knows how to motivate to ensure continued progress

Your Experience:

• 3-5 Years in relevant design role, working with brand across print and digital
• University Degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field (or equivalent)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A passion for design and hungry to learn and develop
