Our journey started in 2012 with Festicket, empowering music fans with a seamless service to discover and book tickets and travel packages for music festivals worldwide. Fast forward to 2019 and we completed the acquisition of multi-award winning ticketing and cashless POS platform Event Genius (and the associated Ticket Arena consumer website and brand) and our mission to create the most complete end-to-end live events tech offering for fans and organisers began.

Through constant innovation and development, the Event Genius platform (made up of a unique set of products, apps and services including egTicketing, egMarketing, egTravel, egAccess (Access Control), egPay (Cashless POS), Festicket Live (live streaming) and more) is always pushing the boundaries of what an event technology provider represents and can become in the future.

The Festicket Group family (Event Genius, Festicket, Ticket Arena) is a truly international team with 100+ people from over 20 different countries and we're passionate about changing the face of live event experiences through our forward thinking tech and services. Our head office is in Camden, London with smaller offices in Leeds, Berlin, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Porto, Nantes and San Francisco, Denver and Melbourne.

We're now post Series-D funded, and backed by some of the UK's largest VC funds. 🎉
