The Regulatory Information Management (RIM) Operations Lead is primarily responsible for establishing the RIM operations model, for understanding the workings of the Regulatory Information Management Systems (RIMS), partnering with business process owners and IT to ensure accurate evaluation and documentation of all system-related upgrade activities, and to maintain the system and operational processes in a compliant state.  This position provide day to day leadership to the RIM Operations Shared service, responsibilities for the overall RIM business systems operations, as well as direct daily contact with the global users, supporting and providing advice in the use of RIMS.  He/she is the key point person for escalations from within the function and/or from other functions with respect to RIM operations.  The RIM Ops Lead will coordinate within TADI RIM to enable and support monitoring and managing for data quality and completeness in compliance with RIMS.  This role will also serve as the business system owner for one or more of the primary capabilities in the RIM Ecosystem, and in that capacity also be the regulatory partner with IT and other business functions on delivering against the RIM roadmap.
