Role Description

We are seeking highly detail-oriented professionals who are native or near-native Spanish speakers and fluent in English to join our team as Human Transcription Reviewers. In this role, you will:

• Listen to recorded audio conversations in Spanish and review AI-generated transcripts.
• Correct transcription errors, omissions, grammar, punctuation, capitalization, and formatting issues.
• Ensure transcripts accurately reflect spoken content.
• Identify contextual, linguistic, and formatting errors that AI may miss.
• Verify spelling, sentence structure, and proper word usage.
• Maintain high accuracy and quality standards.
• Follow project guidelines and transcription standards.
• Meet productivity and turnaround expectations while maintaining quality.
• Flag unclear audio, inconsistencies, or quality concerns for further review.
• Support ongoing quality improvement efforts and feedback processes.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish.
• Fluent or native-level English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Excellent Spanish grammar, spelling, punctuation, and proofreading abilities.
• Strong English reading comprehension skills.
• Excellent listening and comprehension skills.
• Ability to understand various Spanish accents, dialects, and speech patterns.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.
