Role Description

Do you love the Denver Broncos, live and breathe Broncos football, and know how to create content that makes fans stop scrolling? The Locked On Podcast Network is looking for a Denver Broncos HIT creator to help deliver fast, entertaining, high-energy Broncos content built for modern NFL fans.

This opportunity is for someone who understands the Broncos, knows how Broncos fans talk, and can create smart, opinionated, well-produced video content that works across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, X, YouTube, and audio platforms.

We are looking for a creator who can bring energy, personality, credibility, and consistency to daily Denver Broncos coverage.

• One short-form video using a green screen effect, with you reacting to a major tweet, list, post, article, ranking, rumor, breaking-news item, or Broncos topic.

Key Responsibilities

• Host and produce four short-form videos per day, approximately 90 seconds to two minutes each, built specifically for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
• Deliver fast, sharp, engaging Broncos-specific takes designed for the vertical-video scroll.
• Host and produce two 5- to 6-minute episodes per day for YouTube and audio distribution with clear structure, strong pacing, and fan-focused insight.
• React quickly to the Broncos’ biggest stories of the day with energy, credibility, preparation, and personality.
• Cover major Broncos topics, including games, roster moves, injuries, trades, free agency, the NFL Draft, quarterback discussion, coaching decisions, AFC West storylines, national narratives, and major team news.
• Help build and grow an engaged Broncos community across social, video, and audio platforms.
• Create content that is informative, entertaining, opinionated, and built for daily fan engagement.
• Take ownership of the full content workflow, including recording, editing, producing, posting, and promoting content consistently across platforms.

Content Formats

• Short-Form Vertical Video
  • Volume: 4 per day
  • Length: Approximately 90 seconds to 2 minutes each
  • Platforms: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook
• The 5-Minute Show
  • Volume: 2 per day
  • Length: Approximately 5 to 6 minutes each
  • Platforms: YouTube and audio via its own RSS feed

Qualifications

• Elite knowledge of the Denver Broncos.
• Ability to connect authentically with Broncos fans.
• Ability to edit and produce high-quality video.
• Access to and experience with video editing tools.
• Strong understanding of how TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, X, and YouTube operate.
• Experience creating short-form video content.
• Audio equipment and editing software to record and produce an audio podcast.
• Ability to deliver strong opinions with credibility, preparation, and personality.
• Reliability and consistency to produce a high-volume daily content schedule.
• Strong understanding of the Broncos’ roster, coaching staff, front office, team history, AFC West rivalries, draft needs, fan expectations, and year-round team conversation.

The ideal creator is part analyst, part entertainer, and part influencer. You understand the Broncos, but you also understand how fans consume content today. You can make a strong point quickly, speak with confidence, bring personality to the screen, and create content that feels current, authentic, and built for the platforms where fans are already spending their time.

You do not need to sound like a traditional broadcaster. We are looking for someone who can become a trusted daily voice for Broncos fans by being smart, prepared, energetic, relatable, and highly watchable.

The right candidate should understand what makes Broncos fans passionate: the history, the expectations, the AFC West rivalries, the quarterback conversation, the defense, the draft, the Mile High home-field advantage, and the year-round intensity of Broncos Country.

We want someone who can combine real football knowledge with modern content instincts. You should be able to react quickly, explain why a story matters, give fans a clear point of view, and create content that feels connected to the daily conversation around the Denver Broncos.
