Role Description
As a Senior UX and Brand Writer, you are at the heart of our creative process, weaving together compelling narratives and user-centric design. Your role will also harness the power of AI to enhance and streamline the writing process, ensuring our content remains cutting-edge and impactful.

Write Impactful Copy:
- Craft persuasive and engaging copy for clients, focusing on websites, apps, marketing materials, and ads.
- Utilize AI tools to refine messaging and tone, ensuring alignment with brand values and enhancing productivity.

UX Writing & Collaboration:
- Advocate for UX writing best practices and collaborate with designers, strategists, and project managers to create user-friendly experiences.
- Lead card sorting workshops, manage high-level content organization, and produce content pillars.
- Use AI to create and test multiple CTAs and story flows to identify which convert best.

Brand & Creative Strategy:
- Translate strategy into creative outputs that resonate with target audiences.
- Contribute to branding efforts through research, creative direction, and strategic thinking.
- Implement AI to refine language and tone used by the brand to create brand guides.

Quality Assurance & Consistency:
- Review and proofread all in-house copy for grammar, tone, and quality with AI assistance for enhanced precision.
- Oversee copy across files to maintain consistency, ensuring error-free content before going live.

Internal Content Creation:
- Create copy for internal 500 Designs materials, including facilitating workshops, creating client worksheets, and more.

Research & Analysis:
- Conduct user and market research to understand audience needs and preferences.
- Leverage AI to test content effectiveness, making necessary adjustments.

Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with UX/UI designers, strategists, and other team members to ensure consistency and alignment.
- Provide guidance and support to junior writers and other team members, integrating AI tools into their workflows.

Quality Assurance:
- Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all content.
- Edit and proofread content as needed, utilizing AI for efficiency.
