Role Description

We're looking for a Senior Content Writer with SEO expertise to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced writer who understands how to craft content that is both compelling for readers and optimized for search engines. You'll work across multiple clients, producing high-quality, strategically sound content that drives organic visibility and results.

• Write, edit, and optimize content (blog posts, articles, web copy, and other formats) for multiple clients simultaneously
• Apply SEO best practices to every piece of content, including keyword usage, on-page optimization, meta descriptions, and internal linking
• Research topics thoroughly to ensure accuracy, depth, and relevance for each client's audience
• Adapt tone, voice, and style to match different client brands and industries
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align content with business goals and content briefs
• Use AI tools to support (not replace) the content creation process, ensuring quality and originality
• Meet deadlines consistently while managing multiple projects and priorities
• Incorporate feedback and revisions professionally and efficiently

• Collaborate with internal strategists and project managers on content planning and account strategy
• Provide recommendations for content improvements and expansion opportunities
• Report to the managing editor on account health, content performance, and team development needs

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional content writing experience
• Demonstrated experience writing for multiple clients or stakeholders at the same time
• Solid understanding of SEO principles (keyword research, on-page optimization, content structure for search)
• Proven ability to research and write about a variety of topics/industries
• Experience incorporating editorial feedback and revising content based on client or team input

Requirements

• Strong writing fundamentals: grammar, clarity, structure, and storytelling
• Comfortable with project management tools (Asana experience preferred)
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of the content workflow
• Detail-oriented, with strong time-management and organizational skills
• Clear, professional communication style, especially when handling client-facing correspondence
• Ability to take initiative and work independently on assigned projects

• Salary of $55,000 - $60,000, depending on experience
