[Hiring] Senior Copywriter @Tandem Theory

Role Description

We are seeking a Sr. Copywriter to join our growing team. This experienced candidate will play an essential role in the conception and creation of compelling, on-brand strategy and campaigns across multiple channels.

• Implement a combination of strategic and conceptual copywriting skills
• Craft creative, on-strategy copy for campaigns across multiple channels, including direct mail, emails, landing pages, digital banners, web, mobile, and more
• Strong collaborative and communication skills with clients and teams within Tandem Theory
• Work alongside the Art Director and other designers to ensure all projects are delivered on-time and on-strategy

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, English, or other relevant discipline
• 5+ years of experience in copywriting, agency experience and managing client facing projects preferred
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Fearless and boundlessly creative
• A deep attention to detail
• Must have a strong background in web design and interactive technology
• Meticulous dedication to proper delivery
• Experience working with a diverse profile of clients, and ability to adapt your writing style to a variety of brands
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, dynamic, deadline-driven work environment
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong and assertive verbal and written communication skills

Working Conditions

We operate as a work, not live, from anywhere model and utilize the office space as a co-working space as needed. You will be working with a computer, telephone, copier, or other office equipment for long stretches of time.

• Occasional long, irregular hours
• Expected to communicate effectively (verbal and written) and maintain professionalism under stress
• Occasional physical tasks such as bending, pulling, pushing, and reaching to access job-related materials
• Frequent interruptions such as Slack messages, emails, phone calls, and visits to your desk
• All calls are held on video for collaborative purposes
