[Hiring] Proposal Operations Specialist @Rekall Technologies

Role Description

We are a U.S.-based MSP (headquartered on the East Coast) looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to own our full proposal and agreement process. This is a critical role that supports our Sales team by turning technical service information into clear, professional, and polished client documents.

Important Note on Hours: This is a U.S. East Coast hours position. You must be available to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday. This corresponds to 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM South Africa Standard Time (SAST).

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, format, revise, and finalize all client proposals and agreements
• Write and maintain high-quality, descriptive service descriptions for all offerings
• Manage and continuously improve our library of service descriptions and proposal templates
• Take technical service details and present them clearly and professionally for clients
• Handle multiple rounds of revisions while maintaining accuracy and consistency
• Support the sales process by providing accurate and well-written service documentation

Qualifications

• Strong command of both written and spoken English is mandatory
• Proven experience writing professional business documents, particularly proposals or agreements
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Grok to assist with writing and editing
• Excellent attention to detail and a high standard for document quality
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

Requirements

• Highly Advantageous: Previous experience with ConnectWise
• Understanding of business technologies (Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, networking, cloud services, etc.)
• Background in sales operations, proposal writing, or technical documentation

Benefits

• This is a permanent contract position that will be renewed every 3 months
• RAND = R31,000 – R35,000 Monthly
