[Hiring] Producer @NHL

Role Description

Will serve as content producer for League site, posting stories, videos, photos etc. for breaking news, features and game stories.

• Will work with Managing Editor producer and other producers to keep League website current and visually appealing.
• Strong photo choices and widgets in stories to cross-promote content.
• Work is primarily deadline-driven, requiring expediency and accuracy.
• This position is temporary, part-time with night hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years within a leading technology, digital media and/or digital video company.
• Prior publishing and website experience.
• Success in managing a range of time-sensitive projects, multiple partnerships, and workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of the NHL and passion for the sport of hockey.
• Experience using content management systems, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Expertise in search engine optimization a plus.
• Editing and writing skills a plus.
• Bachelor's degree.

Benefits

• Salary: $25/hour.
• Actual base pay will be determined based on experience/training, market demands, and geographic location.
