Role Description
Legend is hiring an iGaming Content Editor, reporting directly to our Content Manager. As the Content Editor for our North American markets, you’ll be acting as a senior member in a high-performing team that is driving high-quality content for the North American market.
- Set an excellent example of what high quality content can be for North America.
- Be a gatekeeper for all content that goes onto our product, QAing pages as needed.
- Be the ambassador for Legend, improving our team's gaming knowledge specific to the EN regions.
- Keep up to date with the latest market and compliance changes, industry trends, gaming news, and changing user needs.
- Work with on-page SEO specialists to draw up strategic seasonal content plans.
- Collaborate with other teams in the company, including Country Managers, Product, UX Design, and Engineering.
- Manage external writers to ensure deadlines are being met and content is to a high standard.
- Write new, and optimize existing, content to make it engaging for our North American audiences.
- Produce optimised content that engages our audiences and meets SEO best practices.
- Maintain content freshness and quality, suggesting new ways of engaging our iGaming audience.
Qualifications
- Proven content experience in the iGaming industry.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and ability to scout out opportunities.
- Hands-on experience in SEO and experience with SEO tools like SEMRush or AHREFS.
- Team player mentality with a passion for building teams and providing feedback.
- Leadership mindset for managing external writers.
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in English.
- Experience using CMS tools for editing, optimising, and publishing web content.
- Ability to increase efficiency of processes while maintaining best-in-class standards.
The Interview Process
- 1st: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30 mins via Zoom)
- 2nd: Interview with our team, Content Editor and SEO Specialist (45 mins video via Zoom)
- 3rd: Take home task - you will be given 3 days to complete the task
- 4th: Final interview with our team, Content Manager and Managing Editor (1 hour video via Zoom)
