Role Description

Big Language Solutions is seeking a highly skilled English → Farsi Linguist to support QA, Translation, and Editing needs within the Medical Insurance domain.

Responsibilities:

• Perform QA review of previously delivered content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to client requirements
• Translate and/or edit English content into Farsi when required
• Validate critical client feedback related to medical insurance terminology and usage
• Assess linguistic accuracy, terminology consistency, and overall quality of deliverables
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client-facing material with care

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in translation, editing, or QA
• Strong expertise in Medical Insurance and/or healthcare-related content
• Proven QA experience with ability to critically assess linguistic quality and terminology
• Strong attention to detail and analytical review skills
• Ability to work with sensitive, escalated client feedback
