[Hiring] Director - Content @Sprinto

Role Description

Sprinto operates in a category where trust is everything—and content has the opportunity to shape who customers trust before they ever speak to Sales. As Director – Content, you'll define how Sprinto thinks, speaks, teaches, and shows up in the market. You'll build a content engine that makes complex ideas around security, compliance, risk, and trust genuinely worth reading—while turning that attention into brand preference, organic growth, and qualified pipeline.

This is a role with both creative and commercial ownership. You'll shape our editorial point of view, build content properties people actively come back to, lead a high-performing team, and experiment with how content gets discovered in a world being reshaped by AI and changing search behaviour.

• Define Sprinto's editorial strategy, voice, and point of view across thought leadership, SEO, newsletters, Academy, product storytelling, and original content properties.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building content, including 3+ years leading teams.
• Meaningful experience within B2B SaaS.
• Strong editorial skills—recognizing powerful ideas, sharpening arguments, and turning complicated subjects into engaging stories.
• Experience building content strategies for SMB and mid-market B2B audiences.
• Understanding of growth, SEO, and organic programs.
• Strong opinions about content evolution in an AI-first world.
• Ability to collaborate with various teams including Product Marketing, Sales, and leadership.
• Experience in building and developing strong content teams.
• Interest in building a brand rather than just filling a calendar.
• Experience in cybersecurity, compliance, developer tools, or similar technical categories.

Requirements

• Ability to connect editorial decisions to pipeline and business outcomes.
• Experience with ABM, newsletters, HubSpot, GA4, Semrush, Webflow, or similar platforms.
• Willingness to experiment with new approaches to search, distribution, production, and discoverability.
