Role Description

The Digital Content Specialist is a versatile journalist and digital storyteller who plays a critical role in executing, editing, and optimizing publishing operations across multiple B2B media brands. Anchored by strong foundational journalism skills—including sharp reporting, compelling copywriting, line and copy editing, podcast production, and audience-first social media engagement—this role ensures all editorial content meets the highest standards of accuracy, ethics, and clarity.

• Adapts print and long-form content for digital platforms, ensuring consistent tagging, formatting, and SEO/GEO and UX best practices within the CMS.
• Collaborates closely with editors and writers to shape stories, manage print production cycles (if applicable), and maintain publishing schedules.
• Oversees newsletter production from build to distribution.
• Tracks website analytics dashboards to inform content strategy.
• Acts as the brand’s voice across social media channels by writing, scheduling, and actively engaging with followers and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional editorial and reporting experience.
• Newsletter production and analytics experience preferred.
