Role Description
As a Market Access Copy Supervisor, you’ll bring together science, strategy, and storytelling to create clear, compelling communications that demonstrate value and address the needs of payer and market-access audiences. You’ll work closely with Creative, Strategy, Medical, Account, and Market Access partners to translate complex clinical, economic, and access information into communications that are accurate, persuasive, and relevant.

Consistently craft clear, concise, and compelling content across market access audiences, channels, and formats.

Translate complex clinical data, health economics, payer strategy, reimbursement considerations, and access barriers into audience-relevant communications.

Develop market access content including value narratives, payer messaging platforms, access toolkits, field resources, pull-through materials, objection handlers, and launch support assets.

Create communications for market access audiences including commercial and government payers, PBMs, GPOs, IDNs and health systems, specialty pharmacies, hubs, patient support services, and field access teams.

Apply established brand strategy, messaging, tone, and voice consistently across assignments.

Partner closely with Strategy, Account, Medical, Market Access, Art, UX, and Client teams to bring integrated ideas to life and help shape assignments from brief through execution.

Build a strong understanding of assigned brands, including the science, competitive landscape, payer environment, access challenges, and customer needs.

Ensure copy is accurate, well crafted, strategically aligned, and appropriate for medical, legal, and regulatory review.

Incorporate feedback from internal teams, clients, and regulatory partners thoughtfully and efficiently.

Present and discuss copy recommendations in internal and client meetings.

Manage multiple assignments and deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Contribute ideas and creative thinking that strengthen the work and uncover new ways to communicate brand value.
Qualifications
-
3-5+ years of copywriting experience at a pharmaceutical advertising agency.

Demonstrated experience developing Market Access or payer-focused communications.

Extensive familiarity with pharmaceutical agency workflows and medical, legal, and regulatory review processes.

A portfolio that shows strong writing skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate complex healthcare information clearly.

Experience creating materials such as payer value propositions, messaging platforms, access toolkits, launch materials, field access resources, pull-through assets, and related communications.

Proven ability to translate clinical, economic, and access strategy into clear, persuasive communications.

Strong understanding of the market access landscape, including payer decision-making, value communication, formulary strategy, coverage policy, reimbursement pathways, and access challenges.

Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Capable of effectively managing multiple client projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.

Excellent command of the English language and strong attention to accuracy, consistency, and detail.
