[Hiring] Content Management Specialist @Danaher

Role Description

The Content Management Specialist is responsible for creating and optimizing the web content across the company’s digital ecosystem. This role is also responsible for partnering with marketing, business units, regulatory, and legal stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant content deployment on the LBS Website. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, is part of the Global Digital Marketing team within the Global Marketing and is a fully remote role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Create, edit, and manage webpages on the Leica websites using Drupal and Intershop CMS to drive global traffic and improve user experience.
• Resolve website content and workability issues through different ticketing systems.
• Ensure all webpages are accurate, fully functional, and meet brand/SEO guidelines prior to publishing.
• Edit content on existing webpages by collaborating closely with content creation and marketing teams.
• Work closely with web development teams to convey design needs and manage output.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3+ years of progressive experience managing and operating enterprise-level Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Sitecore, or equivalent platforms.

Requirements

• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge.
• Experience with Vordori, project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello), and content review workflows.
