Role Description

ButFor is looking for a talented and motivated Content Creation Intern to join our remote team and help us create engaging content that fuels our sales and marketing efforts.

• Develop high-quality content for various marketing channels, including:
  • Sales collateral (e.g., brochures, presentations)
  • Digital ads (e.g., social media ads, Google Ads)
  • Demand generation content (e.g., blog posts, ebooks, white papers)
• Research and understand our target audience, which includes three distinct buyer personas: insurance carriers, the enterprise, and claims consulting firms.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand content needs and ensure brand consistency across all materials.
• Leverage SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and drive organic traffic.
• Learn and implement best practices for content creation tools (e.g., content management systems, design software).
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor analysis to inform content strategy.
• Assist with content promotion and analysis of key metrics.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with content creation for a B2B audience (a plus).
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles (a plus).
• Passion for storytelling and the ability to translate complex information into engaging content.
• Excellent research and information gathering skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
• Experience with content creation tools is preferred (e.g., Canva, Grammarly).
• Enthusiasm for the insurance and insurtech space (a plus).

Requirements
