Role Description
You'd be joining a well-established Australian dental clinic that also runs a growing medical education academy, both led by the same director. This role works directly with the Director rather than a big in-house marketing team. You'd take raw footage, photos and audio and turn it into short-form video, motion graphics, edited podcasts, branded design assets and presentation decks that actually go out the door. This role is based in the Philippines, working full-time hours aligned to Australian business hours.
What You'll Actually Do

Video and short-form content
-
Edit raw phone and camera footage into short-form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, with strong pacing, captions, sound design and visual storytelling.

Produce longer-form video content including clinic showcases, educational videos and academy training materials, to a consistently high production standard.

Manage the full post-production workflow from footage ingest through to final export, delivered in the right format and spec for each platform.

Motion graphics and design

Produce animated content and motion graphics for social posts, presentations and promotional material.

Design static graphics, social media assets, marketing collateral and branded templates for both the clinic and the academy, keeping visual consistency with each brand's identity.

Create internal and external collateral for the academy, including course materials and promotional assets that support the Director's professional brand.

Podcast editing and repurposing

Edit podcast recordings to a broadcast-ready standard, including audio clean-up, levelling, intro and outro production, and chapter markers.

Repurpose podcast content into short-form social clips, audiograms and promotional assets to extend the reach of each recording.

Coordinate the publishing and scheduling of podcast content across relevant platforms.

Presentations and academy content

Design and build high-quality PowerPoint presentations for keynotes, conference appearances and training sessions, visually compelling and aligned with the Director's personal brand.

Support the academy with internal educational collateral, course materials and student-facing content.

Content strategy and workflow

Work with the Director and leadership team on creative ideation, planning and campaign concepts for both businesses.

Manage design tasks, production timelines and asset delivery through ClickUp or a similar project management tool, without needing close supervision.

Help strengthen the visual direction and design consistency across both businesses over time.
Qualifications

A portfolio you can share showing real work across video, motion graphics or animation, and podcast or audio editing.

Advanced, hands-on video editing experience (Premiere Pro strongly preferred; Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve also fine).

Hands-on motion graphics and animation experience (After Effects or similar), with the ability to produce professional-grade animated content independently.

Podcast editing experience, including audio clean-up, mixing and repurposing content for social and digital distribution.

Proficiency in graphic design tools including Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalent, producing professional visual assets independently.

A solid understanding of what drives engagement on TikTok and social platforms, across different content formats.

Primarily own the marketing execution and coordination, while still being technically capable of producing high-quality creative assets.

Strong PowerPoint design skills, with the ability to build visually compelling decks from scratch for keynote and professional use.

Comfortable managing a high volume of concurrent projects across video, design and audio without letting quality or deadlines slip.
Nice to Have

Experience building a brand or content strategy from the ground up, including visual identity and content direction.

Influencer experience, either as a creator yourself or working directly alongside one.

Experience creating and managing Meta advertising campaigns (Facebook and Instagram Ads).
The Setup

Philippines-based candidates only.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 6am to 3pm Philippine time (aligned to Australia's east coast business hours).
