Role Description

We are seeking motivated and service-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Virtual Leisure Travel Specialist. In this role, you will help clients turn vacation ideas into organized travel plans by:

• Researching options
• Coordinating arrangements
• Providing reliable support throughout the booking process

You may assist with a variety of leisure experiences, including:

• Resort stays
• Cruises
• Family vacations
• Couples getaways

• Tours
• Activities
• Other customized vacations

Previous travel industry experience is not required. Training and continued educational resources are provided.

Responsibilities

• Learn about each client's vacation preferences, interests, budget, dates, and specific needs
• Research and compare destinations, accommodations, cruises, transportation, tours, activities, and vacation packages
• Provide clients with clear information about available options and services
• Help coordinate selected arrangements through approved reservation and supplier systems
• Organize confirmations, schedules, payment information, and other important trip details
• Review traveler information and reservations carefully for accuracy
• Keep clients updated on deadlines, requirements, and upcoming travel details
• Respond to general questions and assist with standard booking changes when necessary
• Follow up with clients regarding pending selections or required information
• Maintain accurate client files and reservation records
• Continue building knowledge of destinations, suppliers, promotions, and vacation products through ongoing education
