Role Description

We are looking for motivated, organized individuals interested in helping clients research and coordinate vacation experiences. The Vacation Services Coordinator assists travelers with:

• Researching vacation destinations and available travel options
• Assisting with resort, cruise, theme park, and vacation package planning
• Coordinating client reservation information
• Providing destination recommendations and travel resources
• Communicating professionally with clients
• Maintaining organized records and follow-up schedules
• Completing travel supplier and destination training
• Providing continued assistance throughout the client's planning experience

Requirements
