Role Description

We're looking for an organized, customer-focused Remote Vacation Planner to research travel options, coordinate reservations, and respond to client questions. You'll work remotely using online communication and reservation tools.

• Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, and activities based on clients' preferences.
• Coordinate reservation requests with travel suppliers and verify booking details before confirmation.
• Answer client questions by phone, email, and online messaging.
• Share travel information and help clients compare their options.
• Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation.
• Follow company procedures and client service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Comfortable using email, web-based applications, and online communication tools.
• Reliable internet access and a suitable workspace.
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in your country of residence.
• Experience in travel, hospitality, customer service, or administrative support is helpful but optional.
