Role Description

Travel is about more than getting from one place to another. We're looking for people interested in helping clients put together complete vacation experiences—from accommodations and transportation to activities, excursions, attractions, and special experiences.

• Research vacation destinations and experiences
• Explore resorts, cruises, tours, attractions, and activities
• Help clients choose options based on their interests and travel style
• Coordinate trip components and reservation details
• Communicate with clients throughout the planning process
• Provide helpful information before travel
• Follow up and build relationships for future trips
• Participate in ongoing travel-industry education and supplier training

Qualifications

• Good communication and customer-service skills

• Ability to research and compare multiple options

• Comfort working remotely and learning new technology
