Role Description

As a Remote Vacation Advisor, you will guide clients through the travel planning process, from exploring destinations and comparing vacation options to arranging reservations and providing helpful information before departure.

• Connect with prospective travelers and discuss their vacation ideas
• Understand client preferences, travel dates, budgets, and individual priorities
• Explore destinations and identify experiences that match client interests
• Research hotels, resorts, cruise vacations, and travel packages
• Evaluate transportation options, excursions, tours, and additional services
• Review supplier promotions, availability, and package benefits
• Present vacation recommendations and explain available choices
• Assist clients with approved reservations through authorized booking platforms
• Confirm traveler information and review booking details for accuracy
• Organize itineraries, reservation confirmations, and important travel documents
• Communicate payment requirements, deadlines, and reservation updates
• Maintain client relationships through follow-up and pre-travel assistance
