Role Description

We are looking for resourceful, customer-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Travel Solutions Consultant. In this position, you will work with clients to understand their vacation needs, research available choices, and identify practical options that align with their preferences and budget.

• Assist with resort stays, cruises, all-inclusive packages, family vacations, couples getaways, group trips, tours, and international experiences.
• Enjoy solving problems, comparing options, and providing helpful client support.

Responsibilities

• Ask questions to understand each client's vacation needs and priorities.
• Research destinations and services based on specific requests.
• Evaluate accommodations, cruises, packages, transportation, tours, and activities.
• Identify solutions that work within client preferences, dates, and budgets.
• Present suitable choices and explain relevant features and inclusions.
• Help clients navigate available options and make informed selections.
• Coordinate requested arrangements using approved supplier platforms.
• Organize confirmations and essential reservation information.
• Check traveler details, dates, and selected services for accuracy.
• Track payment dates and other important planning requirements.
• Follow up on open requests and provide clients with timely updates.
• Assist with standard questions, changes, and service needs.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and arrangements.
