• Present travel recommendations that align with client expectations, preferences, and budgets
• Assist with organizing reservations, itineraries, and travel-related arrangements
• Communicate confirmations, travel schedules, documentation, and important trip updates
• Support travelers with itinerary adjustments, special requests, and service inquiries
• Review booking information and travel details to help ensure accuracy
• Monitor upcoming trips and assist with completing outstanding travel preparations
