Role Description

We are seeking organized, dependable, and detail-oriented individuals interested in working remotely as a Travel Planning Consultant. In this role, you'll assist clients with researching, organizing, and coordinating travel arrangements while ensuring each detail of their trip is accurate and well planned. This position offers flexible scheduling and can be worked around an existing job, school schedule, family responsibilities, or other commitments. No previous travel industry experience is required. Training, resources, and ongoing support are provided.

• Assist clients with researching travel options based on their needs and preferences
• Coordinate accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, and activities
• Create and organize detailed travel itineraries
• Review reservations and travel details for accuracy
• Communicate with clients through email, phone, and online platforms
• Assist with reservation updates and changes when needed
• Maintain organized client and booking information
• Stay informed about destinations, suppliers, promotions, and travel options
