Role Description

We're looking for organized, detail-focused individuals to help coordinate travel logistics, reservations, schedules, and client information from home. As a Work From Home Travel Logistics Coordinator, you'll help keep trip details accurate, track confirmations, organize timing, and assist with updates or changes throughout the planning process. Previous industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate reservation and confirmation details
• Organize accommodation, transportation, and activity information
• Track schedules, deadlines, and important updates
• Communicate with clients about changes or next steps
• Assist with adjustments or special requests
• Maintain accurate client and itinerary records
• Research options when needed

Qualifications

• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Reliable follow-through
• Clear, professional communication
• Ability to manage multiple moving pieces
• Comfort working independently
• Familiarity with email and online systems
• Adaptability when plans change
• Experience in customer service, scheduling, hospitality, reservations, operations, or administration can be helpful, but it is not required.
