• Researching travel options based on client requests and preferences.
• Coordinating reservations for accommodations, cruises, tours, transportation, and vacation packages.
• Communicating with travel suppliers regarding availability, booking details, and travel information.
• Providing general destination and travel-related information to clients.
• Responding to client inquiries through email, phone, and online communication platforms.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to travel arrangements.
• Following established company procedures and customer service standards.
• Reviewing reservation details for accuracy and completeness.
