• Client requests may include cruises, all-inclusive resorts, romantic escapes, family vacations, group trips, tours, celebrations, and international destinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to understand what they want from their vacation.
• Learn about preferred destinations, travel dates, interests, and budget expectations.
• Research vacation experiences and identify suitable choices.
• Review accommodations, resorts, cruises, activities, excursions, tours, and transportation.
• Present personalized options and explain relevant features and inclusions.
• Help clients choose experiences that align with their priorities.
• Coordinate requested arrangements using approved supplier resources.
• Provide confirmation details and keep important vacation information organized.
• Monitor reservation requirements and upcoming payment dates.
• Stay in contact with clients throughout the planning and preparation stages.
• Review arrangements carefully to ensure information is accurate.
• Assist with routine questions, requests, and reservation updates.
• Maintain accurate client and booking records.
• Continue learning about new destinations, experiences, and supplier offerings.
