Responsibilities

• Assist clients with vacation planning inquiries and travel-related requests
• Learn about traveler preferences, budgets, interests, and trip goals
• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, hotels, transportation, excursions, and vacation packages
• Present personalized travel options that align with client expectations and needs
• Support the coordination of reservations, travel schedules, and itinerary details
• Provide booking confirmations, travel documentation, and important trip information
• Assist with itinerary adjustments, special accommodations, and travel updates
• Review reservation details and travel arrangements for accuracy and completeness
• Monitor upcoming departures and help ensure travel plans remain organized and on schedule
• Maintain detailed client records, notes, and communication history within company systems
• Utilize supplier resources, company tools, and training materials to support travelers
• Participate in ongoing training, destination education, and professional development opportunities
