• Deliver friendly, dependable support through phone, email, and messaging
• Guide clients as they explore and book travel options like cruises, resorts, flights, and vacation packages
• Review itineraries, payments, and travel documents with customers
• Look up destinations, promotions, and travel choices tailored to each traveler
• Assist with simple booking or account related questions
• Keep communication clear and consistent throughout the planning process
• Use travel platforms, booking tools, and customer service best practices
