Role Description

In the Travel Admin position, you will turn complex booking requirements into seamless experiences while strengthening service quality, efficiency, and client loyalty.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in administration, back-office operations, customer service, or a related role
• Strong administrative, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written English skills for preparing client-facing documents
• Exceptional attention to detail when handling bookings, costing information, and client profiles
• Proven ability to learn and navigate new systems quickly
• Demonstrated capability to work independently and manage a queue of tasks with minimal supervision
• Travel industry experience is advantageous but not required

Requirements

• Hands-on proficiency in Sabre Global Distribution System (GDS) for managing flight and hotel bookings, passive segments, and queues
• Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, particularly Gmail, Docs, and Sheets
• Ability to learn and navigate internal booking platforms and proprietary systems quickly

Responsibilities

• Create and process client bookings from start to finish, including itinerary and costing segments
• Prepare and send client-facing itineraries, invoices, receipts, confirmations, and related documents
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information across client profiles
• Manage ancillary arrangements, including meal preferences, seat selections, baggage, and other add-ons
• Amend existing bookings as client requirements and travel arrangements change
• Book flights and hotels through Sabre GDS, including entering passive segments for non-GDS bookings
• Monitor and action Sabre queues promptly to keep bookings progressing efficiently
