Are you detail oriented and enjoy helping people plan memorable experiences? We're looking for a Remote Reservation Associate to help clients plan their ideal vacations with confidence. You'll research resorts, cruises, hotels, and vacation packages, then coordinate the details to bring their travel plans together.

• Assist clients with travel research and vacation planning
• Build resort, cruise, and hotel recommendations based on preferences and budgets
• Coordinate reservations and manage booking details
• Answer client questions and provide ongoing travel support
• Organize itineraries and travel documents
• Communicate with suppliers to confirm availability and coordinate arrangements

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable researching online and managing multiple tasks
• Reliable, detail oriented, and customer focused
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
• Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States
