Role Description

Do you love travel and helping others plan unforgettable getaways? We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team as Online Hotel Reservationists. In this role, you’ll assist clients with hotel and resort bookings, coordinate accommodations for vacations and business trips, and provide excellent customer service—all from the comfort of your home.

What You’ll Do:

• Research and book hotels, resorts, and vacation accommodations worldwide
• Provide professional guidance and personalized travel recommendations
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, or online platforms
• Manage reservations, special requests, and travel details accurately
• Stay up to date on promotions, travel deals, and supplier policies
• Deliver a seamless and enjoyable booking experience for every traveler

Qualifications

• Passion for travel and hospitality
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers, email, and online tools
• Must be 18 years or older

Requirements

• $40,000 - $75,000 a year
