Role Description

We are seeking enthusiastic, service-minded individuals to join our virtual team as Remote Leisure Advisor. In this position, you will help clients navigate the vacation-planning process by learning what they want from their trip, researching available possibilities, and assisting with the arrangements they choose.

• Client requests may include resort vacations, cruises, all-inclusive stays, family adventures, couples retreats, group trips, special celebrations, guided experiences, and international destinations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Discuss vacation goals, preferred destinations, schedules, and spending ranges with clients.
• Research leisure experiences based on individual interests and requests.
• Evaluate accommodations, cruises, packages, tours, activities, and transportation options.
• Provide clients with relevant choices and information to help with decision-making.
• Explain available features, inclusions, and general reservation requirements.
• Process selected arrangements through authorized supplier platforms.
• Review reservation details and traveler information for accuracy.
• Prepare and organize confirmations and essential trip information.
• Monitor reservation requirements, payment schedules, and important dates.
• Communicate with clients regarding updates and outstanding planning needs.
• Provide pre-departure assistance and respond to general questions.
• Help with standard changes or service requests when necessary.
• Maintain organized client and reservation records.
• Continue developing knowledge of destinations, suppliers, and leisure products.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must reside in the US, UK, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying region.
