Role Description

As an International Destination Expert, you will receive inbound leads from clients interested in planning exceptional luxury travel experiences. Your responsibilities include:

• Proactively reaching out to clients to uncover their desires for upcoming trips.
• Recommending destinations and experiences.
• Collaborating with teams around the world to build customized itineraries.
• Bringing trips to life through storytelling.
• Securing sales and remaining accountable for client relationships throughout the journey.
• Working closely with internal and in-destination partners to anticipate needs and resolve issues.
• Managing multiple clients, following up persistently, and learning product and destination updates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional sales and/or client relationship experience.
• A minimum of 3 years in consultative, relationship-based sales.
• Experience working with North American clientele and/or companies.
• A successful track record of achieving or exceeding individual revenue targets.
• Prior experience selling luxury or high-value products and services.
• First-hand living and travel experience with the ability to speak confidently about destinations.
• Professional spoken and written English.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for the client experience.
• Sound judgment and composure when resolving complex client issues.
• Strong listening and emotional intelligence skills.
• Ability to establish credibility and build trust over the phone and/or email.
• A polished, warm and persuasive communication style.
• Persistence in working towards a commitment.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Discipline and comfort in working independently in a remote environment.
• The legal right to work, without sponsorship, in Morocco.
